Great product. Does exactly what it says and then some #bowel movements++++. My recommendations regarding the bowel bit is to reduce the amount taken or alternate days. This is what I do for me.... results are different for each individual.

I do high intensity and endurance training, and alreadt take creatine, electrolytes and coQ10. I was skeptical that I would see much difference, but I've noticed that my sleep has become more consistent, especially the time taken to fall asleep. Perhaps less muscle ache after a longer session too. I'll continue taking one after my evening meal.

2 pills is one dose. This is a well rounded magnesium product. 500mg elemental is the least you should be taking to notice a difference unless you're deficient and trying to level out, making these one of the only useful magnesium products on Amazon. The quality of sleep is noticeable almost immediately. 8 hours feels like 10, and I never wake up through the night on these

As with all Vine reviews, being restricted to a month to provide a review means you don't really have time to decide whether a product is working or not. From the small amount of research I've done on magnesium supplements, apparently having more than 1 form of magnesium is better than a single type, I'm assuming they have different modes of action or absorption within the body. The capsules are pretty standard, approx 1 inch long and the suggested daily dose is two capsules. I'll be honest, I'd prefer a single capsule dose as I take other supplements as well, and it's a lot of things to swallow! However, they go down easily and don't have any strong aftertaste, so it's not really an issue. Price is reasonable, if you feel you might benefit from magnesium why not give them a try?

I thought I would try this cheaper version for sleep and concentration. It didn’t work for me, going back to my original brand that is specifically for sleep and concentration. The product works as a general supplement, your mileage may vary, I am looking for a specific target so thumbs up but no.

Great but,would recommend..no after taste,easy to take.have slept better

Been using these to keep heart rate down and to get a good night sleep. Seem to work fine but I dont take them every day.
