This machine has worked really well for me. It's very easy to use and is sturdy and well made. However, after I had the machine for about 6 months, it stopped working. It was past the return window for Amazon, so I reached out to the company. After a few emails back and forth they replaced the machine at no charge to me, and sent more supplies as a courtesy. Their customer service team was very kind and easy to work with. The new machine works great. I would definitely recommend this machine and the company.

Bought this as a last resort solution after the company at which I ordered buttons for an event left us stranded with no buttons. Have been pressing more than 800 buttons with this so far and it still work perfectly. The plastic is well made. The handle and whole press looks and feels sturdy. The sliding mechanism is very precise. Only have a few minor misfires largely due to my own flimsy misalignment/rushing. Bought a second one as a backup and for events with my kids. A truly awesome little machine! Making your own buttons is soooo gratifying! The cutouts that come with the set are very good and easy to use with sharp blades. Been using the same blade for over 800 buttons already! Have not tried magnets or keychains yet! Eager to! Definitely recommend this awesome product!

The machine arrived on time but it was cracked so I couldn'r use it.

This machine seems very durable and sturdy. It works very well and the instructions were easy to follow. It came with so many badge parts my daughter will be busy for ages. It even has some that can be made into keychain tags, with all the parts you need. We were also delighted to discover some of the biggest size that can be used to make fridge magnets, and some of them double as bottle openers.
