I have purchased these trash bags over and over and they do exactly what they are supposed to do. They are strong, fit the can properly, and do not rip or leak under normal household use. In fact, just as good as any of the name brands I've ever bought. These are tough, durable, hold a lot of weight, and stretch to hold a lot of volume. Plus, they have quality tie-straps at the top. Pay more for name brand? Not anymore. These are my go-tos from now on.

I don’t usually write reviews for trash bags, but these from Amazon Basics have genuinely been better than I expected. They’re basic and straightforward — just what you want for everyday trash duty. Each bag holds up to about 30 gallons, which fits my kitchen can perfectly, and there are 50 bags in the pack so one box lasts a good while before I need to restock.  The material feels pretty strong for the price — I haven’t had any rip or tear when tossing out typical household waste, and the drawstring makes tying them up easy and neat. The fact they’re made with 20 % post-consumer recycled material is a nice bonus too.  The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that they’re not super thick like heavy-duty bags you’d use for big yard jobs, but for everyday kitchen or bathroom trash they’re plenty strong. Overall, decent value and exactly what you’d expect — sturdy, simple bags that work well. Would buy again.

I have used almost a entire box of these. And they have been great! They are just as good as the name brands that are more expensive. I love the fact they are drawstring that's the ones I love better. They have held my trash they have not ripped. They've done exactly what I needed. They have lasted a long extended period of time for 50 of them in a box. But I don't have a whole lot of trash at a time because I'm by myself. And I love them and I intend to order again.

They’ve been holding up well! We’re a family of 4 (2 toddlers) so they fill up fast and have some weight to them. They haven’t ripped or torn yet. The red tie part has also been holding up.

Great product, price, quality. Drawstrings are strong, they are leak resistant, easy to remove for use , scent is pleasant.
