Great headphones. Note these ‘renewed’ headphones come with a 3 month warranty only.

Disappointed: Wouldn’t charge.
Headphones arrived in a refurbish box with a broken seal labeled “Do not break seal except for parts”. The headphones had a 1% charge when synced to iPhone but wouldn’t charge or indicate it was connected to charger.

If you’re looking for AirPods Max at a reduced price, this is the one to get!
I ordered AirPods Max gen 1 in Premium Refurbished condition and received exactly that! It came in the original opened box (had a dent in it, but headphones were fine), cable and case! They came in 10/10 condition, look brand new! I was concerned about getting fake counterfeit ones because of all the stories I’ve heard about online from people buying there from Amazon and eBay but I received a genuine product, thank you!

Terrible refund
Bought refurbished AirPod Max and they didn’t not work, no sound. Returned them in September and my refund has not been refunded

i dont know if id recommend these to someone else
didnt come with earcups! and they are connected to someone elses Apple ID. UPDATE- spoke with support staff who were very responsive and friendly and told them about the issue. I had told them I bought a set of replacement ear cups and they were nice enough to refund me the money plus a little extra used to purchase them. Ear cups arrived next day and installed and reset the AirPods and connecte them to my account. They work perfectly as described and there’s no scratches on them at all. Good customer service but I still don’t know why they didn’t come with ear cups
