I'm 21, and as a girl, us girlies tend to get hormonal and crave sweets & especially chocolate so this product is perfect to maintain that fix all while maintaining sugar low & reduce overeating. I focus on a calorie defeciet for abs and I maintain a good diet but I often find myself craving sweets so this cereal helps a lot without feeling the guilt of a treat. Product is somewhat small, but it teaches you to be mindful of the portions you're eating and the 11g of protein with fiber, keeps you full so you're not overeating to find that fix. The 0g of sugar is very surprising for how well it maintains in milk. I've tried other cereals like Kashi, which is good but it tends to sog, loosing it's flavor but Catalina crunch, stays crunchy! I paired this cereal with unsweetened vanilla almond milk & a slight drizzle of honey to boost the sweetness but this goes perfect even without it! This could also be used as a snack if you want that sweeter taste for it! Hope this helps if you were deciding on wether to buy it.
