I'm trying to understand exactly how to use this. It has a lot of info and I also got the app which honestly is too expensive but nothing is worth more than health I suppose. I'm skeptical of it but I also know that this really has helped many people I want to be one of them I'm trying to make myself believe Being agnostic that's not an easy feat The book is well written. It's an interesting read.
