FY505 Serger Overlock Machine with 2/3/4 Thread Capability, Built-in Rolled Hem, Durable Heavy-Duty Metal Frame, Adjustable Differential Feed

I’ve had this serger for a few months and only recently started using it. I ran into a small issue I couldn’t figure out, so I reached out to the seller. They responded within minutes and even offered to call and walk me through the solution. About 10 minutes later, everything was sorted and running perfectly. Great product, and genuinely excellent customer support to match.

I bought this machine in 2025, but the thread wall spacing is too narrow. The foot pedal is stuck, preventing me from sewing because the machine speeds up too fast. This is disappointing since I planned to use it to make crafts and projects while visiting my grandchildren in Virginia. I’m not happy with this machine. If I can purchase a new foot pedal, I would appreciate a reference. I don’t see it on the website.

This machine works for what I wanted it to but you cannot use anything larger than a 3,000 yard cone because where you put the cones at it's not enough space in between them they should have been spread out a little bit better on the machine. because of this issue the threads touch and one of them will break because it gets Tangled with the other one beside it. The other issue I have is there is not very much room between where you are guiding the material and the bottom of the top of the machine. I can barely get my hand through it without touching the top part of the plastic between that and the base where the needle plate is. Even with the smaller thread cones they still touch and it causes the one needle thread to break so I am sewing with one needle thread and the upper and lower Looper. And for these issues that I have I'm giving it four stars. And that's only because I really needed this machine and it was delivered on time and it works for what I wanted to do. I just have to make accommodations for this machine and the threading.

I love my serger only thing I was sewing & the fabric was thin & the machine eat iit up I pried it in order to cut it free & when I started to use it again it made a load noise so I left it alone until after new years I will rethread it & see what happens I’m sure it will be ok Ill take a picture. It’s under a piece of fabric

this machine is horrible. I got this for Christmas of 2024 and I have used it two times and now it won’t even cut the material as it sews. Save your money and do not buy this machine. For the price I paid you would think it would do what it is designed to do. I troubled shooter everything and it will not work properly. Absolutely do not Buy this machine

It sews great; after awhile several months I was having a problem with the needle staying threaded. They fixed my machine promptly with a beautiful stitch. It was GREAT customer service. This machine has an outstaring warranty of 10 year’s. My brand new Jade husqvarna Viking only had a year warranty.

This machine is really good although it only takes 3000m cones not 5000 as stated by amazon

Love it - will have to say that it is fast and easy to thread.

These machine is very good for someone who wants to use an overlocker. It comes with a manual showing how to use it and additional techniques coming in handy. It’s easy to set up and works really fast. Very worth it.
