Good and useful device

The product arrived non-functional and did not work at all right out of the box. The build quality also feels very cheap and not as described in the listing. Overall, quite disappointed with the purchase and would not recommend it.

It does the job, and wish Amazon India sold the IL51 here...this has no timer, or flex stand...its very rudimentary but at least it was made in Germany, and not like the awful third rate, sub standrard locally made crap listed on Amazon India. Why cant higher Q stuff be made here? Uff? Bulb longevity is tied to how clean and stable your power is. The beenfits are telling over sustained use. Just the simple stuff - 10mins exposure, have a eye goggle for protection and dont sit too close. Dont manhandle it and dont palce it close to flammable stuff. Simple stuff, its works - Have stopped using melatonin at night as night time use forces body to geenrate its own melatonin. Circadian Rhythm fixer! Have also noticed less soreness and relaxed musculature (observed only over a short period of 3 weeks) - longer use will show more observations. Fingers crossed. Wish it wasnt this over priced though.

I brought this IR lamp because my veterinary doctor suggested for my dog. This works well. My dog feel relaxed.

So many bad reviews for this product at Amazon, I was really very skeptical to buy this one but then decided to take my chances. The product arrived next day (thanks to Amazon), I recorded the complete unboxing experience just to make sure I am able to return this in case the product is damaged in transit (as mentioned in many other reviews here). The box was solid to hold such fragile item, the product was intact, no damage was caused and worked absolutely fine. It's been close to a month now that I am using this product and I am totally satisfied with the product & it's quality, no issues to report at all. I pray to almighty no one will ever have to buy this for themselves/their family, but if you have to, I totally recommend this one.

The sent item does not have protective net over lamp as shown in the picture on Amazon app. Moteover the goggle provided is too small and difficult to wear

Check this recieved in poor condition will check the operational if bad will return... understand I have ordered this for bed ridden patient and both the time s have recieved the product in poor condition yesterday I have recieved the replacement again in poor condition
