This is a simple folio-type case. It simply opens and closes, it doesn't fold into any shapes to act as a stand. But it still provides protection when closed. I especially like the cutout in the spine that allows you to charge your Note Air 3C with the cover closed, something you can't do with the original/official Boox case.

A really well made and thoughtful case for the Onyx Boox device. It complements the aluminum of the Boox very well and the microfiber on the inside keeps the screen free from debris scratches. I really wasn’t a fan of the case that came with the Note 3 and was looking into something else. Out of what is available for such a niche device this is really the best. Elegant and simple and does provide some protection too. The plates of the cover are very sturdy and have a weight to them that is not too light, but heavy enough to add weight to the thin device. The lip of the cover also slightly protects the edges without being annoying. I got the brow color variation of the folio and was happy to see the color is much richer in person than on the pictures on amazon. If you’re looking for a nice classy folio that complements your new note, this is it. Just keep in mind if you want more significant protection (say your throwing it in a school bag or work case) you should also get something like an iPad sleeve for travel. Awesome product!
