I have suffered for years with serious nighttime leg cramps. My go to was Hyland's Pills, but I found they took too long to provide any relief so I could go back to sleep. This product provides much quicker relief and frequently cramps do not return during the night. I do not take this product every night as suggested, but simply when awakened with a cramp and it almost always does the trick quickly. The taste is nasty, but I guess that is why it works so well. 😁

I just tried a tbl. of this. It tastes quite nice. The main taste is Apple cider vinegar but the other ingredients add a sweetness. I was having a bout of restless legs while watching TV. It really helped in minutes. I'm amazed. I will be interested to see if it works that quickly when I get a cramp at night time. UPDATE: I finished my first bottle and am pleasantly surprised. While another product works relieving foot cramps this one does also. This one actually tastes much better. Also, I notice I am sleeping much better. I mix a couple of oz. with 5-8 oz. of water before I go to bed. I highly recommend this product. NOW INTO MY 2ND BOTTLE, I wish I could explain how much better this is from the first one I tried. Just the cinnamon oil, honey and vanilla extract probably is what makes it so flavorful. Thank you folks for stopping my night cramps, what a relief! UPDATE 12/25/25, I continue to use this product. It is still great. I had restless leg the other night. I mixed 2 capfuls in 6 oz. of water, sipped it and by the time I finished my conditio calmed right down. I'm not telling folks it will work for them but it works for me. By the way. I'm in my 80s.

The formula and recipe that this product has, Is outstanding. A much more user-friendly flavor and still works great.

I have nocturnal leg cramps every night and for a 78 yo man having to get up 3 to 5 times a night with the cramps it seriously sucks. I don't exercise enough anymore, but I am up most of the day, each day, working in the pasture, my yard or in my shop which apparently is the physical cause of my leg cramps at night but maybe not the only cause. I have tried many products to help ease and/or decrease the number and severity of my cramps and this is the latest of the products I use nightly to help. And it does help. However I use a number of products each night like, magnesium capsules, foam and roll on products like Theraworx and other such magnesium containing products. I have not found any one product that does the job completely, but have found a routine of products that I use every night that does help.

Does not work in the least and tastes horrible. A waste of my money!

the taste is pretty strong but it really helps with the leg cramps. It is better after it is refrigerated.

Received in good order had leg cramps took product not sure if it worked cramps stayed a little longer
