Q: Are the armrests adjustable?

No but mine didn't even have the armrests that it was supposed to. Very disappointed. Tried getting another one but it didn't come with arms either.

Q: is the headrest removeable?

The headrest is screwed in during assembly. It can be left off or unscrewed, but it’s not removable on its own.

Q: What kind of screws and washers are used specifically? I’ve lost mine and need more

Yes it’s attached to the underside of the seat and then slides out and flips over.
