"Update" (not really but using the key term because I'm writing the review after owning this pillow for a long time ) - I bought this pillow in July 2024 and I'm writing this review Feb 18 2026. Was looking at these pillows again because sometimes I don't do my laundry on time lol and thought a third one would be helpful. I've been alternating between two ear hole pillows, the first is from Etsy, got this one as a backup. I've been very happy with it and have had 0 issues which is why I was quite confused when I went back to this listing and saw all the bad reviews. Now I'm hesitant to open the new [vacuum sealed] pillow bc idk what to expect. I can't remember if the one I bought before was vacuum sealed. That one has the non-removable cover - I saw reviews saying you cant wash it but you can! I just put the whole pillow in one of those netted washer bags and throw it in the washing machine on cold. It has stayed perfectly intact, zero damage. Got the pink color and no dye has rubbed off not my sheets. No weird smell (and I'm VERYYY sensitive to those awful chemical smells). The hole is a good size, granted I do have small ears. It's soft and comfortable and has remained thick (no flattening). I wonder if the pillows are being sourced from two dif places because some people like myself have been really happy with this pillow, and for others it's falling apart. Very stark contrast! I still have to decide if I'll open the new pillow, will update if I do and how that goes.

Got this when I got my second lobe piercings and its been so useful! Its the perfect size--not too big or small, to fit the ear and it provides sufficient neck support too. I also travel with it too since it doesn't take too much space. I've since used it for other piercings as well. I hand wash the silk cover and it dries nicely. Definitely worth buying!

Loving this so far. I like how it isn't too thick (was expecting it to be thicker for some reason but the size is actually perfect for me), the silk case is very comfortable, and I love that it isn't a massive pillow that you'd have to carry around. Saw some people say the hole was too small but I haven't had that problem, was using it perfectly fine with my fresh piercings and had no bumping or touching. Curious to see how it'll hold up but for the price it's pretty good.

Good for elderly bedbound patient

The pillow works great for after a piercing but you cannot wash it since the inside is all fluff not a pillow insert. Since it cannot be washed I wouldn’t use it very long term it not super thick so it’s still comfortable to sleep with it and does give you the relief if you have pain after a piercing.

genuinely, this pillow sucks. Its flat and your freshly pierced ear WILL touch your bed. I does not give you any support at all since its so thin. I tried to fill mine more to get some more thickness, but the zipper instead broke in the process of opening it. If you are someone who is growing their earring stacks just get one of the good pillows. It would be so much more worth while. I returned this and im going to splurge on a good pillow.

At 65 I decided to get second ear piercings. I didn't remember since the last time I had my ears pierced was when I was 9. It hurts after. I am a side sleeper. I had trouble keeping the piercings from flaring up on me during the healing process. I wasn't expecting the pillow to be so small but it worked great and I finally got some sleep. I like the silky cover and that it can come off to be washed. I will probably use it on trips to. Good buy🥰

I ordered this piercing pillow expecting it to be made of silk and good quality, but it was far from that. The material is definitely not silk, and the overall craftsmanship is poor. Mine arrived with visible stains, irregular shape, messy and uneven seams, and lumpy stuffing that makes it uncomfortable to use. The product looks cheap and nothing like the pictures. Very disappointed - please don’t waste your money on this.

This ear piercing pillow case is just what I needed. It’s good quality, easy to put on and remove and lovely material

My pillow is 10.5” W x 3.5” thick, with a 3” opening. I have had it a month; use it regularly; washed it twice, and am very happy everything. The removable cover fits perfectly; zips off easily, and is easy to put back on. Its fabric is also really lovely with a soft luxurious sheen. After putting the cover in the washer and dryer on high, it suffered no shrinkage at all. The insert is made from really good quality cotton, not that cheap gauze material. The insert is filled well and supportive. I like everything about this pillow and would buy it again.

This pillow is too high, too hard and although I am known to have tiny ears - the hole is too small for it to be comfortable
