Product seems good on first day of installation. The installation guy was extremely professional and well equipped. Delivery and installation was timely.

Third grade quality
Very cheap quality product. Not worth the price. Damaged near the corners. It is always better to buy from local retailers than online. Very bad user experience after purchasing it on Amazon.

Elegant and functional
The bed is elegant and sturdy so far; the storage is also spacious though the boards have to be completely removed to use the full storage. Overall good quality and great installation which was done perfectly. Packaging was very bad and came in damp and torn in places due to rains and transportation

Dear Team, I am extremely frustrated with this experience. I purchased a Godrej product on Amazon, but despite initiating a return, I have not received my refund. The lack of coordination and delay is very disappointing, especially from a reputed brand like Godrej and a platform like Amazon. Please process my refund immediately and confirm once it’s done. I expect this issue to be resolved without further delays, as this has already wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress.
