Great how to book
This is a great book for beginners. The author opens by explaining what somatic exercises are and what their goals are. This includes an explanation of what the benefits may be. Then we get into the exercises. Each is explained well and has good step by step directions that are easy to follow. Everything is put together for you, so it is all figured out.

Help your body heal from anxiety & tension
This book was exactly what I needed. I have severe anxiety, my nervous system has been out of wack for the last few years & my physical pain has gotten worse over time from all of the stress & tension my body was holding onto. I couldn’t put this book down, every page was enlightening, it seemed to have been written just for me! I am feeling much better after following the advice in the book. This will be one that I keep & continue to re-read.

Nonsense & A Few Yoga Poses
This was an extremely disappointing book and now I see why it was so heavily discounted. New age nonsense in the front and a minimum of illustrations of the most BASIC yoga poses in the back. Nothing helpful at all concerning safe exercises for those with neurological conditions, you”ve seen more on the internet, TikTok, or a yoga class in the park! Utter waste of time and money, returned immediately.
