I really like this SVANTTO Bluetooth Thermal Shipping Label Printer. It was easy to set up and use with the app, and it works perfectly every time. The design is compact and lightweight, which makes it easy to move around my workspace. The print quality is sharp and clear, and I love that it doesn’t require any ink. The instructions were simple to follow, and overall it feels like a high-quality, well-made product. Definitely worth it!

This is a nice little printer, but on the 2nd print a small plastic piece came off the printer when I closed it and the printer did not shut right...it had broken off

Easy to use once I figured out how to install the driver on my computer. That was a nightmare to say the least. It was nothing like the manual said. But now that I have that figured out, the rest of the setup was a breeze. The app is a little off as well. For instance I have round labels and selected round as my label size, tell me why the screen image for my upload has a square? I literally have to waste a label and print to see how it even looks before making any adjustments. I feel like that would be a quick fix for the app developer to maintain, but hey, what do I know? Once I was over the installation to the computer issue and the trying to setup the print photo, everything else is great. It even came with a stack of 4x6 shipping labels that were not noted anywhere in the description. That was a huge plus that I wasn’t expecting. The packaging was well and everything arrived as expected without any damage. Connecting to Bluetooth was a breeze and no issues there at all. If you have a printer table like I do, this printer would work best if the cords were on the side, being on the back they interfere with the roll of stickers that are waiting to be printed. Using the shipping labels was even worse. The labels aren’t flush with the printer because of the cords being in the way. I do recommend a thermal printer for at home businesses and those who don’t require a color ink. This one isn’t horrible if you can look past setting up the drive and the app being incorrect and not so user friendly and if you are using a printer table then watch out for the cords preventing your labels from being straight.

I love this printer, super useful as a small business owner, saves me so much time! It’s small and easy to store which I love However, set up was very difficult and I am typically very techy. I got it eventually though, for reference I was using my Mac not a phone. I’ve heard phone is easier!

Needing Mac compatibility has limited my options for a single label printer. My first choice made based on price got me what I paid for. Set up was not straightforward (I'm a very experienced user). Print quality was 2/5—readable, but not consistent. And then it wouldn't print at all. Which brings me to the Svantto 4B-2063C. Not only did they list Mac compatibility, it was backed up by excellent documentation—in the manual that they link to in the product description, and set-up videos for all platforms. Once set up, it printed. The letters were dark and consistent and it was fast. While I don't see when the printer was introduced, the older connection types lead me to believe the product has been around for some time—which, to me, is always a good sign.
