Solid construction with all the supplies you need to install it. The operating system is not fast but the interface was very easy to navigate. I loaded 300 movie poster files with no problem. You do need to be aware of system requirements but they are discussed in the user manual. The remote is well planned out with just the right button selection to help you easily navigate. The BEST feature is the screen. It is bright, accurate and has a wide viewing angle. It is not thin but that wasn't what I wanted. I was looking for a box that felt like the backlit poster frames from when I worked in a movie theatre. I added LED backlights that I plugged into the frame's USB-C port for power. I also installed an in-wall cable management kit so I could hide the cord. I LOVE it. NOTE: The first one I ordered could not get past the welcome screen. It seemed to be a software issue. I contacted the service department and they were very good at getting back within 24 hours. After a couple of suggestions from the service team that did not work I decided to send it back. The day after I did the service team responded with instructions to reset the frame software. This probably would have worked so I will include those instructions here. "You can try to reset the frame to see if the problem can be solved. There are two holes for the charging port on the back of the photo frame. Please try to poke them with a needle. These two positions are the upgrade hole and the reset hole." When the second frame came it worked perfectly. I am very happy with it and I hope it lasts for a long time.

I absolutely love this! The picture quality is great and my family enjoys watching all the pics. If you set your phone camera settings correctly the pic will take up the entire screen. The pics are super easy to upload.

I purchased this frame a little over a year ago and at first was very happy with it. However, this past holiday I made the mistake of adding some Christmas themed pictures to the frame. When the holidays were over I discovered I could not find the remote. Without the remote, there is absolutely no way to control this frame in any way. That includes adding photos, deleting photos, changing settings, etc. The frame only has four buttons on the button - on/off, volume up and down and an OK button. (Not sure why there's an OK button since you can't access any of the menus.) I've tried hooking up to the frame via computer, resetting it....nothing works. I even tried contacting support to purchase a new remote and received no response. Although the quality of this frame is good, I don't recommend purchasing it because if you lose the very generic looking remote you have no chance of ever controlling this frame again.

got this as a gift and they love it so so much it’s really easy to set up and took not that long and the quality is very very good

This item DOES NOT have the kick stand as shown in one of the videos. It only has a wall mount bracket.

Picked up for my husbands grandmother. Although I regularly send her pictures and videos via cell phone of her great grandchildren, I wanted her to be able to enjoy them in higher quality on a bigger screen. I wish I had taken pictures of it, the frame is very nice looking and the box it came in is very neat and well organized. Set up is fairly standard so I was able to find and download the free app with no problems. Some cons though. Admittedly I did NOT read through instructions so it might have been in there, but I did hit a few snags. 1. I set up the photos originally at my house and wrote down the frames code and everything so i could explain how nonnas guests could put more photos on for her in the future. When we got to her house, the frames code changed. Which i thought was weird, but perhaps that changes with different wifi. Its unclear. It certainly didnt NEED to change. But luckily the code is easily found in settings so no real problem. 2. It has folders to organize the photos, but when i tried to drag and drop the photos I downloaded into its own folder, nothing went in. The folder remains empty and I dont know how to organize the pictures into it. 3. Pictures and video do not play together. I had hoped I could load it with pictures and videos and it would cycle through at random, but no. You can either watch just pictures, or watch just videos, they do not mix. Unless I am able to get them in the folder together, but alas, I did not figure that out so I dont know. Other than those things that were minor inconveniences, the frame is great. Pictures can be a bit pixelly for some reason, almost like it transfers over into a lower quality, but again, that could be a setting I missed. Overall, Nonna is happy, and thats all that matters to me.

Facing couple of issues-- 1. If i shutdown frame using remote, it does not switch ON using remote or power button on frame. Only option is to unplug / plug. 2. For last few days I started to observe during slide show screen will go black and then after a min or so home screen will appear and then slide show will restart. There is no pattern but I am observing this daily. Seems to be power supply issue but I may be wrong.

Bought 3 of them for family! Very easy to use. Love the fact you can delete a picture if you want as it plays. Gives many options for playing and sharing

That was a Christmas gift for my Dad and he Loves it!!!! It so nice we can send the picture wherever we are and he received them!!!
