Compact, great suction, but noisy.
So far so good, though I will update if required. The good bits: Brilliant suction. Nice and compact if you have a smaller home. Nice and lightweight to manoeuvre. Performs very well on hard floors. Self emptying dust receptacle is great, especially if you don’t want to handle dead spiders! Bright headlights for darker areas. Great for animal hair. Not so good bits: The self emptying dock doesn’t always discharge everything, sometimes it needs a little shake. Not quite as good on carpeted areas, but still performs better than most. Charging lead isn’t that long. Run time not quite as long as it states, but still adequate. Emptying dock is noisy, not so good if you’re in a flat or terraced. Even though we’re detached, our neighbour claims to have heard it when we used it late one evening. Overall, bought this to replace a cordless Miele, and it (so far) has performed very well. Having recently moved to a larger house, it’s perfect for moving from room to room without the faff of plugging and unplugging. Not all of our rooms are used regularly, so just need a light going over most days. Husband has been doing some major building renovations, for which we’re using the Henry, but this is just perfect for everyday mess from the kids. Recommended if you can get it at the sale price.

It does what it’s supposed to do.
Yes it is a great hoover. It’s good because it actually empties itself when you are finished and put it back on the stand. it has really good suction . Only two attachments with it . Has great power .

Not cheap but worth the money
The vacuum itself is light and easy to carry around and can’t be shortened to a handheld version with two alternative heads. I’ve used it on wooden floors and rugs and does a decent job. The empty function has shaved a lot of time and hassle. It sometimes struggles if the device is full but you can empty it a little manually. The bigger box is relatively easy to empty but does let out a lot of dust when you first open it. On thicker rugs you’ll need to go over areas multiple times but otherwise it only needs a one over. If you’re hoovering on carpets on rugs, you may need to apply extra pressure to ensure it’s on the right setting to pick up dirt. It works wonders on the cat hair that’s everywhere!

Easy to use, and keeps itself clean.
I have been using this Shark cordless vacuum for a little while now, and it’s been a real game changer for daily cleaning. The suction power is brilliant, it easily picks up pet hair, dust, and crumbs from both carpets and hard floors. It feels lightweight and easy to move around, and the LED headlights are surprisingly useful for spotting dirt in darker corners. What really stands out, though, is the auto-empty system. It makes cleaning up after cleaning so much easier, no mess, no dust flying everywhere, just one button and it empties itself. The anti-hair wrap feature actually works too, which is great since I’ve got pets and used to spend ages cutting tangled hair out of my old vacuum. Battery life is good for my needs, and I like that it comes with both a pet tool and crevice attachment for trickier spots.

Throw away your Dyson and buy this instead. Better for the planet and your back!
Superb addition to the Shark family of vacuums. Very lightweight; ideal for stairs with the pet attachment. Has suction equivalent to a standard Shark cordless but is far more nimble. The slightly smaller width brush head means you can access hard to reach areas, under sofas etc with ease. The vacuum in upright use weighs only 2.7kg kg, less with the attachments. It glides with smooth efficiency, with an easy swivelling head which means you can pivot with less wrist strain. It auto detects whether you are on hard floors or carpet, providing extra suction power for carpets. You can boost this further but I haven't found the need to yet even with pets. When clipped back onto the base unit.... that's when the real magic happens....dust and debris is sucked into the storage chamber on the base. This means that the unit is lighter, always clean, and thus at top efficiency. It has two attachments (a pet brush style one and a nozzle). You empty the caddy in the base unit (it just clips off) about once a month. The small caddy opens at the bottom so you can just drop the debris straight down into the bin without it flying everywhere. There is nothing NOT to like about this development in Shark technology. Same suction, same anti hair wrap, easier to use because lighter. I've had Shark vacuums for years and I honestly thought they couldn't improve on what they offered. For anyone looking for a speedy, lightweight, efficient vacuum (perhaps if you have health or disability) you absolutely want to consider this. Unlike Dyson products, Shark offer a no quibble 5 year guarantee (replacement parts until it works or a new machine). Given that we are all trying to make products last longer and keep them out of landfill, Shark is the far more environmental buy. I first discovered this model in a holiday home. Came home and immediately bought one. Life is too short to not get pleasure out of vacuuming (even if you hate the job). Love, love, LOVE it!!!!

Best hoover I’ve ever bought.
I also have a corded shark which is heavy, but this one is brilliant. Lightweight to carry and use, the battery last while I hoover the whole house. It has 2 power settings which helps on different floor surfaces. The dust collector is big enough for the whole house and when I’m done I just pop it back on the charging dock and it empties straight away into the dock brilliant design really strong and just as good if not definitely better than my corded shark. Love to hoover now it’s so easy.

Battery life is not good ,expensive
At first this was really good ,but over time it's not picking up that good and the battery life is awful For the price of it I expected better ,I wouldn't recommend it at all The only good thing is it's lightweight and empties itself ,
