Thick, nice quality tablecloth. But for a different purpose and decided it wouldn't quite work for what I wanted. Also the red color was a very bright christmasy red. So I decided to save it for the holiday table. I haven't had to wash it yet but it seems like It would have a good wash ability based on its thickness. This could be very functional. I've used these type of tip gloss before in smaller sizes as curtains. I purchase this one as a slipcover for a chase. It came in a huge size and was a little big for my needs, and a little too bright red as I mentioned above. But it was large enough to fit onto a giant outdoor dining table. I'll probably use it for that as well. The fabric feels of heavy weight and good quality. Not in slick or saggy. But it does seem to have a coating that might be staying resistant. Would work well for an event. Would recommend.

I purchased this table cloth for use at craft shows. Excellent quality. The table cloth is a good thickness and lays nicely to the floor on all side. It really elevated the look of my table. I will be using this table cloth for a long time.

This is a really nice table cloth. It is quite large. I love that the edges are all real hems, not just finished edges. It washes very nicely, but you'll probably want to iron out any wrinkles if you are very picky. Had my first dinner party using it last night, with a 3yr old at table. The spills, including red wine and pureed carrots all washed out perfectly. I have it on my dining room table and It makes the room look much classier.
