These seem to be good quality and very digestible for me. A full serving is 6 and these are large 00 size capsules so if you have a problem swallowing those or that much, these might not be a good fit. The label states a wide variety of organ meats. I don't know if all that is necessary or the proportion of each as stated is a good amount or not. However, you can only get just so much into any capsule so the amount of liver is far less than other brands, which I've seen up to 3000 mg. So if liver is what you are looking for, this is a very expensive way to get it. If you are looking for a variety of organ meats, it could be an option. These are very expensive though so if you are needing bang for the buck, consider whether you could be okay with straight liver capsules with 5-6X more liver at 1/5 the price. Also worth noting is the volatile price of this product. I put it in my shop and save for $37 and by the next month, it went up to $53. Curious, I clicked through to the product and saw it listed there for $47, so o canceled and resubbed. My daughter also saw different but similar price explosions in her shop and save. I prefer to buy products that I don't have to wonder if I'm getting yanked around from month to month so I'm canceling since I've lost trust in the experience.

I have always been a big fan of supplements because I know that I don't get everything I need from diet alone. The problem is that most multivitamins contain fillers and synthetic forms of vitamins that our bodies aren't as efficient at absorbing. I tried upping my game with my diet and cooking grass fed liver twice a week but the taste is really hard to get past and its not always easy to find quality organ meats. When I came across this whole food 9 organ complex I was really excited because if it turned out to be good I could skip cooking the liver and replace my multivitamins with this whole food supplement that also covered all the organ meats I knew I should be eating but had no idea how to prepare or even where to get some of them - where do you find grassfed cow brain?? Anyway, I take 6 of these capsules all at once every morning and I have to say they are legit. It took about a week but now I notice a big improvement in my energy and my mood when I take these every day. I tried stopping them for a few days to test out if it was a coincidence and definitely did not feel as good as when I wasn't taking them. I highly recommend giving these a try! I liked these so much that I bought the brain nourish supplements and will be trying that out soon as well.
