Great laptop, but poor service! 💻😕
The laptop is perfect, no issues at all. But they mentioned a different processor 🖥️ and gave me a bent-pin charger 🔌, which makes charging very hard 😤. I've been trying to contact support 📞📧, but no response. Really disappointed with the service! 😞👎

Good but...
Everything is good I got different processors number , in Amazon they mention i5-8365u but I got i5-8265u and charger also not orginal..

as good as a new device with nil wear and tear and ~90% battery health. You're getting your value's worth. Go for it!

Defective product and no support from seller
The media could not be loaded. A defective piece has been delivered with incorrect charger. Though the charger was replaced later, the screen has stopped working week just within one week. No positive response from Seller.
