Do not breathe when you are spraying this.
You need to be in a relatively large room when you spray your hair with this. Maybe even go outside! The tiniest breath will coat your nose and throat. It does work as far as shine is concerned but it is also a little bit oily. Not as oily as hair polish but if you have fine hair, it will flatten it.
