Easy to use and hasn't flaked off
This paint worked great on a brown faux leather headboard I wanted to lighten up. It went on smoothly with good coverage and has held up great in the guest bedroom. I'm considering painting the seats of some barstools I got at a thrift store and I'd buy this product again.

Practice before you apply!
I cannot recommend this product enough. Even just one coat of their paints on my AF1s was enough, but I always layer up. Yes, I recommend if you do the same to use finisher to make sure that wear and tear don’t destroy the paint job quickly(though obviously time will fade it off) but I also want to add that if you plan to use this paint for your customs projects to practice BEFORE you use it on your products. This paint is in the style of nail polish in that the brush is attached to the lid and applies like you apply nail polish, so I highly recommend you practice using the paintbrush BEFORE you start your project. It’ll help you get a feel for the semi-odd grip you need to maintain to paint details or smaller areas.

Great product but not matte!
This is a really good product. Really easy to apply with an old washcloth I didn’t mind throwing away. It went on smoothly and I was hoping the finish really would be matte but it is not at all- it’s shiny. That is the only reason I’m deducting 1 star. A little goes a long way on this also. I know my new leather purse is protected.

Matte...definitely doesn't add shine, but also doesn't make a shiny paint underneath matte
Fabulous quality... seals very well, but don't expect this finish to make the overall look of your project matte if it isn't already. It just won't add extra shine. Whatever the appearance is of under- layers, this top coat is just going to seal it in.

For Leather Use
Going to return. was unable to use, I made the assumption this was ok to use on Plastics as a type of finisher but its more strictly for leather. seller should make that more apparent
