Shoulders are the hardest areas to ice. This ice pack wrap conforms to your body and stays very cold for a really long time. If you lie down, it conforms to the front of the shoulder area and that's where I need it, but you can also get up and move around if necessary. I can only use one arm to adjust the strap attachment, so I can suggest making the back strap as long as possible so you can attach the front strap with one hand. It's hard to explain. The straps can be pulled tight so it doesn't shift too much. I love how flexible it is. Great size, great quality. I have already recommended this to someone who will have shoulder surgery soon.

The TharaICE shoulder ice pack works as described, It fits nicely and the Velcro straps are adjustable for a tight fit. It is Flexible enough to fit your shoulder nicely. My only concern was it will stay cold for only 10-15 minutes, longer would be better.

This is a quality product with good materials and can easily fit many (albeit primarily larger) body types. But a few things: 1 - it just does not get very cold or stay cold for long. If you’re aiming for 20 minutes of solid cooling, you might get 10, and it’s just not a focused, strong ice pack. You’re better off buying a compression wrap and some gel ice packs 2 - it is actually a fantastic brace. It’s a bit heavy, but if you’re looking for something to limit your range of motion and add some gentle cooling compression, it’s actually great. Although, it is pretty heavy, so consider that as well 3 - I’m a 6’1” 190lb man and this thing barely fits on the tightest possible setting. If you’re smaller than that, then you might want to look into other options

This is great for shoulder pain. An easy and comfortable way to ice the should without having to sit down holding an ice pack. It's easy to put on and take off. It's comfortable and not too heavy. I like that it doesn't freeze solid in the freezer so that I can wear it as soon as I take it out - without having to wait for it to thaw out. It takes a small bit of space in the freezer like an ice pack.

This has been a lifesaver. I am suffering from frozen shoulder for the second time and I'm so glad I found this. I love that it feels weighted and it fits snugly against my shoulder. It is a quality product and I would recommend it a thousand times over for anyone with a shoulder issue.
