Purchased this for my shop, we don’t do a ton of heavy mechanical but we get a lot of vehicles that come in that clients as for a scan on. We also do a lot of brakes and with newer vehicles and electronic parking brakes, this tool comes in handy allowing us to get into service mode. It also works on all the newer cars for scanning and checking codes. Very happy with this tool, does everything we need any more and always gives accurate results in a very quick and timely manner, it connects really well and never have any issue

I bought this to program an ABS module. The interface is a little tricky but I was able to figure it out. Once I navigated to the right screen, the rest was easy. The price seems reasonable for the quality and the WiFi connection made it easy to get the updates needed. Great product! Would definitely recommend.

The product is of a very sturdy and durable build quality. The menu is pretty straight forward and easy to navigate through. It is very useful to scan, retrieve and clear DTC's. The DTC look up library is also very useful as well in providing more information on a particular trouble code. I haven't tried registering or updating it as yet so I can't comment on those aspects but my only grouse so far is the two dead pixels/dirt looking particles that I saw under my screen when I removed the screen protector plastic that it comes with. I tried wiping it off but like I said, it doesn't seem to be on the surface of the screen.

For the money this does everything I need it to do and more. With 2 years of updates, you will have no problem with new vehicle models. Navigating through the screens is very easy and straight forward. We also do interior work so being able to rest the seat modules is great! Also, the gateway feature is nice to have on the newer tec and any upcharge you just pass onto the customer as they will have to pay that no matter where they go. All and all just a great little device. The only negative thing for me is the screen size however at this price point I think the sacrifice is worth it!

Buyer Beware! Purchased this product to work on my Jeep JK. Product worked wonderfully until it prompted me to accept the 48 updates that were pending. As soon as I started the update process it went into an off reboot endless loop that would not allow me to do anything. I contacted customer service and after giving them the serial number informed me this product was built and programmed in China and the best they could do was offer me the China tech support email address. I am currently in the process of returning and will purchase another from a North American dealer where at least I can get tech support.

Launch is a major competitor in the low cost scanner territory. I typically use another brand of scanner that also makes drones so the interface and how some menus are laid out are different but it seems to function the same. It has expanded support for the battery module and the tpms module but I havent added those yet. The auto VIN feature is hit or miss on the annoyance level. It works but the slot machine noise gets old when its been running for a little bit. Touchscreen is clear and responsive, with tactile buttons you can use as a backup. I did see a camera built in too, havent tried that yet though. The blow mold case is a very good quality. For some that may not matter but I make sure to put my scanners back in their cases for the best protection while theyre not being used. If you need a solid Bi-directional scanner at a reasonable price then this is a good choice.

Great scanner packed full of features including bidirectional controls! Comes with everything you need whether you are a home user or professional. Have tried it on many different vehicles, always connects right up and easy to navigate to needed function. From reading codes, looking at live data, or bleeding your brakes.

BMWで使用してみました まだ使用していない機能も ありますがほぼ的確に不具合 箇所や故障箇所を断定して くれますし取り敢えずの 応急処置として一時的に リセットしてディーラーまで 走行も出来たので助かりました また特に故障箇所等なく 不具合等で点灯した場合は 確実にリセット可能だとも 思います また他の車両にて 使用してその際は追記で 書き込みたいと思います 出来たりと重宝しています

当初購入前に販売元へ質問して、5agsに対応してるか確認した所、返答はNG。ならば対応してる機種を聞いても無いとの返答。 そこでダメ元で出来る作業が豊富で価格が抑えてるこの機種を人柱のつもりで購入。見事に再学習に対応。 販売元に購入前に確認してもアテにはなりません。勇気を出して購入してみる価値はあると思います

新品に交換してもらったので 星の変更 到着時、蓋に封の様に クオリファイチェック？ 見たいなシールが有り その上から 透明のテープ（これは新品でも同じでしたが、一度剥がした感じは無し） この時点で 開けた後やなと思い 電源を入れると 普通に起動？スパニッシュっぽい？ 説明書で初期設定みたいな記載があるが 開始をタップと言っても 開始が出て来ない その上、よう分からん言語 色々触って、やっと日本語に ワークショップ情報には 写真の記載が 中古やん！！！！！！ 9月4日に届いたのに 保証期間は2年後の7月25日 明らかに中古 このレビューを見た販売者から連絡有り 新品に交換してもらいました 今回は封のシールも問題なし 古い方で試したが「リセット？」で 初期状態に戻せるようです この状態で届いていれば 封は気になるものの、中古とまでは 分からなかったと思います

プライムデーで買って満足したのに、 タイムセールで同じ値段とか。。。 ちょっと騙された感が。。

ユーザー登録をしてデータをダウンロード。 使えるようになったところでダイハツのタントに接続しました。 そのままでは読み込み出来ませんでした。 表示された入力枠に車体番号を入れてもだめでした。 あちこちボタンを押して使えるようにしようとしましたが、Bluetoothの接続画面になり、ぐるぐる回って進まなくなりました。 これにはBluetoothがついていないので諦めて返品し、LAUNCH CRP919XBTを注文しました。
