Review of the Monsgeek M1W HE, 1/10 stars. Keyboard had issue with 2.4ghz connection right outta the box, the driver software detect the kb but no keys work. Contacted support and they gave me firmware upgrade, however that didn't work, so they sent me replacement motherboard. Replacing the motherboard was surprisingly easy, but end user really shouldn't need to do this on a brand new keyboard. Need more usage time to see if problem persists. Shout out to Alessia with support for quick email replies, she the only reason I'm giving this a 2 stars instead of 0. Edit: replacing the motherboard still doesn't fix the issue, giving this a 1 mainly for the helpful support.

This keyboard is so cute and it does have a creamy sound. I returned it because I couldn’t justify paying the price for the Hall effect switches, but I’m still giving it a 5 because I like the keyboard. I don’t care about adjusting the actuation, so paying extra for these switches didn’t make sense. It would be a great keyboard for someone who wanted to adjust the actuation on their switches. I liked the size, color, sound, and that it has a tri-mode connectivity option. It was a little on the heavy side, but it was sturdy. There are less expensive cute and creamy keyboards available, which I was able to find, but this keyboard would be a good option if price wasn’t an issue.
