Outstanding pizza dough! Can't get enough of it!
This is my third review for Grain Free Planet mixes. Once more my husband and I are astounded by the excellent flavor and texture of their pizza mix. And talk about easy-peazy! Incredibly user friendly even for those lesser gifted chefs. The crust is thick, bread-like, with a yummy crunchy bottom. Grain free, gluten free, lectin free? How can anything that tastes this good fit that description? Despite our overkill on layering toppings, each slice was firm and did not collapse beneath the tower of goodies. You just cannot go wrong by using this versatile and healthy pizza crust mix. But even more beneficial are the clean organic ingredients without preservatives. We felt the real bonus is the additional recipes included with each bucket of mix, allowing options beyond making a pizza. Creativity in the kitchen. You gotta love it! We are lifers with Grain Free Planet, and proud to say so!!!

Wonderful products and A+ customer service!
My kids and I love making personal pizzas with this flour. It has a great texture and tastes amazing. I look forward to trying more of their products. I also had to reach out with some questions and their customer service was amazing and fast.

Too much sodium!!! Would be 5 stars otherwise!
This is a vegan, gluten free, keto friendly product. Their recipe for a pizza calls for 1 egg ( or water which they say the egg is better). The problem here is that if you are vegan, and you want to use something like Just Eggs, which has some sodium as well, the end product gets too salty. The company should take out the salt entirely, and just say to salt to taste in their recipe (as everybody has salt and could even be sprinkled after baked)!!!
