I live in Northwest Washington State where we have year-round unpredictable and "wacky" (rainy, sunny, cool, windy, rainy, overcast, cold, sunny, rainy, snowy) weather -- which I love :) My car is a medium-size Mercedes-Benz sedan with black leather interior, including on the steering wheel. It is garaged at home, but during the spring, summer or fall, the temperature outdoors gets up into the mid- 80s, and on rare occasion, a few degrees hotter. This causes the inside of my car to turn into an oven on occasions when I am shopping in a mall or market and leave it in an open parking lot. I had a cheap folding sun shade for a few years, but it eventually started peeling, so I threw it away and decided to look on Amazon for a different type. I purchased two EcoNour sun shades -- this one (two-piece) and the one with Velcro that attaches to the windshield's mirror (I purchased both to see which one fits best). The one-piece with the Velcro fasterner was absurdly large despite the product listing saying it would fit my car, and it was impossible to fold back up into the small bag that was provided. I showed it to a friend with a larger car, and he purchased it for the same amount I paid. The two-piece EcoNour, however, surprisingly fit PERFECTLY, top to bottom and side to side. There is a small bit of overlap between the two pieces, but with a small amount of adjustment, there is almost no gap for sun to shine through, and the small overlap seems to help the fit. I have not (yet) been able to fold the two pieces to put them back into their bag, and it is somewhat of an annoyance to remove them from the front windshield and try to store them without being in the provided bag. My alternative for the time being, until I practice folding the two pieces, is to put them in the back seat where they take up too much space. Having said all of that, I am happy with this product and highly recommend it for its ease of use, quality and design (the two pieces was an ingenious invention).....except you are forewarned that trying to fold them back up will test your patience!

Bought during prime day so was slightly reduced in price. I have a 2022 Lincoln Aviator that I’ve desperately needed some kind of front window sun visor to block some of that North Carolina heat! Two summers worth of awful heat & a hot backside from the seats from the car sitting in a sunny parking lot or my driveway - even with cooling seats I needed something & happy I got these. My parents have an accordion type shade but those can bend and are a pain because you have to use the pull down mirrors to hold them in place. These babies are very light weight. Nothing super special about them - but they do the job. As you can see from the photos they fit PERFECTLY in the window without anything holding them in place. I also have a sunpass toll thing stuck on the window just under the rear view mirror but this thing doesn’t even bump or knock it off (yay). They come folded round and flat in a bag. Pull them out and just pull one side to make them flat. Then stick it in the window. My rear view mirror and the sides basically hold it in place. Don’t have photos but I did a before temp without these in the window and after with them in for a full day in my driveway this month (August 2024) to see how hot interior ambient temperature was and the difference was a whole 20 degrees (car was in full sun the whole time). Dashboard temperature was also decreased as well as steering wheel, backside and front of the touch screen and the seats were MUCH more tolerable to sit down on. Keep in mind when temps are in the 90s and up, it will still be hot in the car. But this definitely reflected enough sun to make a difference even if it was still hot in the car upon opening, it was a noticeable difference. I can’t speak to longevity of the item as I only received it and have used for less than 30 days. However it does come with a little instruction card (or you can scan the QR code in the bag) for how to record. Took me a few tries the first time to get that part down. It once I did get it right, haven’t had a problem since. They aren’t thick, if my dogs accidentally stepped on them for some reason while open if I threw them in the back seat without folding they might tear, but I don’t plan on doing that anyways. For the money a good purchase and so far very happy with the product. I’ve been parking my car lately in the garage due to the brutal heat overall but when I got out and it’s parked in a lot in the sun, the new shades go up. Would highly recommend this particular product. Had a hard time find one that was specific for my make/model. This one I doubt would fit a smaller car (like a Tesla or other sedan). It can also be turned vertical to help fit taller windows.

Serves its purpose but definitely not a perfect fit. Goes back into bag super easy. There is just no way to get to go into window exact same way each time. These did NOT come with the velcro straps it was supposed to. Not worth returning. No way to bed around mirror to get these even once the cross. Again, I get them to go up in like two minutes just never the same way twice and visors covering definitely helps to hold in place. Serves the purpose and again not expensive so this works fine. We have one for SUV and one for truck. Truck fits a little better. NO velcro on either pair provided

Fits my Golf R perfectly and the folding design means it stores quickly and easily. Nice.

Ticks all the boxes! Shiny on one side, black on the other. 2 pc is way easier to place and store than a1pc shade. And while I don’t use the sleeve it came in, in the car, the sleeve is a great lunch sack! Folds quick and seems well made, happy with purchase.

These were perfect out of the box, until I had to fold them up and try to use them at the next stop. I watched the bogus instructions using the QR code on the storage bag, but the video is for shades that are half the size of these. Now the metal frames are all deformed and the shades won’t even stay standing up in my windshield anymore. I’m sure I’m the idiot for not being patient enough to figure out how to fold these, but seriously? Make a video showing how to fold the gigantic XXXL RV shades correctly and then we can talk. Unless you have mastered the folding of these types of shades, I suggest you steer clear and get something different. When they are not compromised by inept folding techniques, these work really well. It’s a shame I have to now find another solution because I thought these were the bees knees the first time I deployed them…until they had to be folded. Psssh.

Se nota bastante. Evidentemente, después de unas horas al sol, sigue haciendo calor dentro del coche, pero se puede entrar en él y al acumularse menos calor, el climatizador hace su trabajo de una forma mucho mas rápida. Muy fácil de colocar, unos 30 segundos y también de quitar. Quitados y guardados en su funda, pongamos unos 60 segundos. Pruebas 3 o 4 veces y luego ya va todo como la seda.
