Good supplement for those in the know
The item seems good and is most likely effective. One needs to take it for longer than the short time for this review allows. To see a noticeable difference one needs to take it for some time. However at 20 mg per capsule it is at the upper end of the typical recommendation. I thought that it was a tablet and I would cut it in half. With a reported half live of about 28 hours, more infrequent dosing seems O.K. This is obviously NOT medical advice, however that is how I take it, i.e. every two to three days. The results of its efficacy will show after some weeks or months of use.

Fewer night terrors!
It really helps keep me stable through life's rough patches. They make a 5 mg tablet as well. Which didn't quite have the effect I wanted. I'm much more happy with this higher dose. Maybe when my outlook brightens, I will drop back down.
