Very light but still feels sturdy. Only just started using it but it does seem to help with keeping things steady. Very functional. Does what it should.

This is awesome, for those saying it's cheap plastic and not good quality are expecting something really expensive. In my opinion, this does the job. The plastic smells a little but right out of the packet but goes completely after a few days of use. It's made from tough plastic and won't break if you drop it. I am able to attach my tripod to it, my microphone and lights. It is just a rig, so it doesn't stabalise your phone, but it holds the phone in really well with the spring action lock and also tightens shut. I have a Huawei p30 lite and it fits really well in there. Awesome product for the price.

This is a robust piece of equipment and will do what it says on the box. My only problem with this design is the clasping method means that the Magsafe ring is unaccessable so it's not possible to have a wirless charger attached. This can be worked around by connecting it through a usb-c cable but you do miss out on the wirless aspect and means you need a splitter/ breakout box if you want to use other accessories like a SSD drive. I am happy with it, I can work with it for now but will definitely be looking for a different kind of system in the near future.

A great price for what it is - does the job very well, and holds the phone very securely. It might not be as sleek and sophisticated as other more pricey options but it does the job and eliminates any shake hands.

When I fit a small square RGB light on each of the outside shoes my rode video micro microphone will not fit in the middle. I think the picture showing 2 lights and a microphone is misleading and I am a little disappointed.

Bought the Ulanzi U-Rig Pro a month ago and was initially pleased with it. Took it with us on our motorhome holiday of Scotland and used it a couple of times. When we got home I noticed that the phone clamp retaining knob had fallen off. After searching the moho it was not to found anywhere. So I contacted Ulanzi to see if I could obtain a replacement retaining knob. Less than a week later I received a brand new Ulanzi U-Rig Pro free of charge! What a great company to do business with. I would highly recommend them and if you have a problem with one of their products then contact them as their service is great.

I hate filming with my phone as it's so hard to hold properly - so I bought this. It's plastic but very sturdy and I like that it had places for me to attach a microphone. I mounted a microphone on the hot shoe and and audio recorder next to it and it worked a treat!

Easy to use. Inexpensive but strongly built.
