California Costumes Gladiator Combat Shield and Sword

I’m so glad I purchased this sword and shield set! It’s absolutely perfect for my toddlers. They love pretend play all day and this toy is the perfect size and weight for their little hands. It’s durable enough to withstand rough play, which is always a concern with toddler toys, but it's also light enough that they can carry it around without any trouble. The colors are vibrant, and the design feels authentic, making it fun for my kids to use their imagination and roleplay. What’s even better is that we also use it as a decorative piece in any room. It adds such a great masculine touch to the space and ties everything together nicely. The sword and shield set gives the decor a cool, adventurous vibe without being too overpowering or intimidating. It’s a great way to add a bit of fantasy to our décor! The quality of the materials is pretty good. It feels sturdy, but it’s not too hard or heavy, which is important for toddlers. There are no sharp edges or anything that could potentially harm them, so I feel comfortable letting them play with it without worry. This is also an incredible value for the price! I honestly wasn’t expecting such a well-made toy for such a reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

My five year old grandson loves this sword and shield. He already had a knight costume so it completes his outfit. Very sturdy and the adjustable straps on the shield make it easy for him to hold. Dramatic play so much better than screen time!!

I liked the quality. It is smaller than I expected but it works fine. I love how the sword fits through the shield.

I bought it for my 4 year old son after there was a mishap with the pot lids he was using. The straps behind the shield were a bit loose for him but easily fixable with a Philips screwdriver and a little ingenuity. It a kids toy. The plastic is rigid. It looks exactly like the picture. The sword is a little flimsy, it's flexible enough to give a little to fit back into the shield. I would not do sword fights with any kind of hacking action. That being said its perfect for the hero shot for a portrait session. He plays with it everyday and we've had it for a month. I hear it thumping against stuff every once in a while it hasn't been too disfigured yet. There are dings on the sword that's what toys are for. Hope this help.

Grandson's birthday gift. Looks cool. Sturdy. The shield handle(s) are 2 velcro straps and adjustable. Perfect size for 7 year old. The sword was just right size too.

This sword and shield looks great with the Roman Gladiator costume. It's a must have to make the costume believable. It's well made and comfortable. One con: The delivery fee was nearly as much as the sword and shield themselves. With that said, it was worth the extra money spent to complete the look.

Not too big, not too small, doesn't get in the way when strapped to arm. The sword can be removed from the shield, and when slotted back in place, it holds its position pretty well.
