Very good and fast working. Prebuilt so whatever extra cords you see, you don’t need to plug them in. The fans don’t make a lot of noise so it’s fairly quiet while you’re playing. All you need is a monitor with an HDMI cord and the setup will be so easy. The LEDs look amazing. It does very well with gaming if you’re gonna be playing for a long time.

Runs really good, I haven’t had a problem with it yet (knock on wood). It’s definitely very easy to set up, and light weight, I never really hear it when it’s on so it definitely isn’t loud. And I love being able to change the lights and the brightness. I would definitely say it’s an affordable beginner PC. I am glad I got it and am able to play games on steam

So far not good got it today and won't be picked up on my moniter. Tried diffrent cables and tested it on my ps5. Moniter works. I've been on hold trying to get some help for 2 hours now. Not pleased

This is a great find and purchase. My 9 year old has had this since Christmas and LOVES it. We have added games and it’s running on point and great!! This is a good first PC item.

I like this brand usually, but out of the box I was getting errors from the RAM. The computer wouldn't even boot. Luckily I had my old ram from my old PC, so I popped those in & got it going. It runs fine, but every once in a while it "runs into an error" that I cant find the source of in my event logs, which is getting really irritating. I suspect an issue with the mobo, which I hate messing with and thats the entire reason I buy prebuilts instead of building my own. I reached out to customer service when I first got it & had issues with the RAM back in August, haven't heard anything back from them as of the end of November. After buying a PC from this company ever couple years for almost a decade now, I probably will stop buying from them.

pc is good BUT i only got 500 gb ssd i did not get 1tb of ssd storage….

Only worked for 2 days then quit working had to return

There were some issues outside of the companies control however they were able to remedy it and even though it was late for my son's birthday and outside of the delivery window they included a nice note and a extra gift for my son. Things happen how you deal with it is a good measure of a company. The computer is great son is happy thank you.

Computer stopped working but they accepted it back and agreed to fix it! Great company and special thanks to Ryan from IT for helping out.
