Worth the Price for Burn Relief
These may seem expensive, but they are absolutely worth it for a bad burn. The dressing immediately made the area feel cooler and less sore, and it helped draw out drainage from the wound. I used it until the swelling went down and the dressing no longer pulled out any yellow fluid. Once it stayed clear, I let the wound breathe. Very effective and comforting during the healing process. Be careful on the sizing the 4X4 is the total sticky area not the size of the actual gel it’s this deceiving. There is no smell when using this. Another tip don’t wash the excess gel off in the sink the gel will clog your drain. Do not wash it down the drain.

Know you issue.
Performs very well. Have a tendency to dry at the edges if wearing past a day, depending on the issue. Very good product and does exactly what it says. Have bought twice.

Great for sore nipples from breastfeeding.
These worked great for sore nipples during the early days of breastfeeding. They sell the same thing for breastfeeding for like triple the price! I was able to cut the 4in ones in half and use one half on each side. They are quite sticky so to keep them from sticking I put some nipple butter on first.

Best anti inflammatory but not without issues
They work to deeply cool the inflammation but issues expressed in other reviews are also true. I removed them in the shower without issue as they can stick to the wound without proper hydration. The edges did dry out but using a bra or bandage helped. As my inflammation decreased bandages didn't seem to dry as much. Best thing I've tried for post radiation breast inflammation.

Pretty Good
I recently picked up the Dimora Hydrogel Burn Dressing for some minor burns and scrapes, and I’m so glad I did. These 4” x 4” gel pads offer instant cooling relief, which was a game-changer when I accidentally burned myself in the kitchen. The gel provides a soothing, moist barrier that immediately calms the discomfort without causing any irritation. The 10-count package is great for keeping on hand at home or in your first aid kit. Each dressing is pre-moistened and easy to apply, sticking well to the skin without any mess. It really helps reduce the pain and swelling associated with first and second-degree burns, as well as minor cuts and abrasions. I've also used it for chafing, and it worked wonders. One thing I really appreciate is that these dressings don’t feel sticky or uncomfortable. They stay in place but don’t leave behind any sticky residue when you remove them, which makes cleaning up easy. They also offer a gentle, non-irritating way to promote healing and prevent infection. The only downside, if I had to mention one, is that I wish the dressings were a little bit larger for covering bigger areas. But for small to medium burns or cuts, they’re perfect. Overall, the Dimora Hydrogel Burn Dressing is a must-have in any first aid kit. It provides fast relief, promotes healing, and is so much more comfortable than other treatments I’ve tried. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with minor burns, cuts, or abrasions!

Comforting Pain Relief but Short Lived
I bought these for a large, bad burn on my back and it absolutely provided pain relief with its cooling properties and the softness of the gel, but they did not stick for very long. The size was a bit smaller than I expected as well, but it still covered a burn an inch and a half wide and an inch high. Application has to be precise. For large burns I recommend the large neosporin bandages.

Great for abrasions, but only adequate for deeper injuries
I used these to treat a large ~3"x 4" wide x 1/8" deep abrasion on my upper/outer shin I received when I tripped while running downhill in the woods and rammed my shin into a root . It was quite deep, and quite painful. After disinfecting with hydrogen pyroxide and alcohol (a very painful process on a wound this large), I was using gauze and aquaphor jelly, but the gauze was sticking to the injury and the nerves were raw, so I knew I needed something else. Doctors have known for three thousand years that you treat large open injuries like this by keeping them moist and sterile, so this seemed ideal. It was an enormous improvement over the gauze, instantly cooling and secure. The greatest advantage was that it conformed exactly to the injury, so whereas the bandages tugged and pulled as I moved my leg (especially when wearing pants at work), this is nice and smooth and secure. I used some Leukotape P on the edges to keep it in sealed and in place, and that was enough. I really like how it is translucent, so you can visually monitor the injury, and thermally conductive, so you can monitor the level of warmth to watch for infection. This was sufficient for the early healing phases. However, there are a couple things I learned. Once, I needed to replace it once a day, as if I waited longer, the moisture in the hydrogel was exhausted and the pad would become bound to the injury, and removing it would pull away the scabbing/scarring, disrupting the healing process. This worsened as the injury healed. Second, the hydrogel dressing naturally swells as it absorbs exude from the injury, and that's fine. Third, you should wrap the hydrogel pad in an outer layer to pad the injury against minor contact irritation. I found Mueller M-tape - and old favorite of mine for injuries of any significant type - to be fantastic for this. I used all ten pads over a period of about two weeks, and the injury steadily healed, but I think it would have healed more quickly if I had replaced the pads every day instead of trying to remove them, thus allowing them to bind. After the wound had decreased by about 50% and I had exhausted the pads, I switched to non-adhering gauze pads and copious quantities of aquaphor, wrapped in Mueller M-tape and secured with a small amount of Leukotape P. Initially I wrapped the M-tape in a thin layer of cheap cotton athletic tape, but as I don't get involved in vigorous activity I didn't need to so to protect the M-tape from damage - for you it might be different. I replaced this every two days, and rarely had adherence problems again. If these pads were twice as thick, I think they'd be more effective for treading large, deep wounds. However, for much shallower wounds I think they'd be perfect. I plan on ordering another pack to keep on hand.
