The first one I received was physically damaged and I got a replacement. The second one I received was physically good, so went ahead and installed the fan. But unfortunately it didn't start rotating after turning on the switch, the fan was trying to start, the blade moves back and forth and struggles a lot to start but didn't work. After multiple attempts of turning on and off the switch it started running, again when turned off it doesn't start again. I don't know if the issue is with only my fan or all the Polycab fans are like this. I have used other brands bldc fans and it never had any issue. Polycan bldc fan's airflow also low compared to other brand bldc fans. The price of ₹ 2199 and made up of copper was appealing for this Polycab bldc fan but not the product. When the product is not functioning the price or what it is made up of doesn't matter.

Quality seems ok . Won't last too long unlike old basic fans. Remote works fine but speed control is not accurate

मैंने मार्च 2025 में Polycab Airica बीएलडीसी फैन ऑनलाइन अमेजॉन से मंगवाया था जो की 31/08/2025 को खराब हुआ था मैने कंप्लेंट करी । आज 18/09/2025 अभी तक सर्विस के लिए भटक रहा हु टेक्नीशियन का कहना है ऑनलाइन लिया है इसलिए आपको सर्विस देर से मिलेगी ऑफलाइन दुकान से लिए होते तो 2 दिन में काम हो जाता । Toll free number pe bhi sampark kiya yahi bolte hai ki sir apko service jald hi mil jayegi lekin abhi tak nahi mili 20 दिन हो रहे हैं

60 days from the day I purchased this. Every expat here in the UAE looking for an alternative way to conquer heat especially these summer months. The only MINOR issue for me is the noise in the remote upon selecting buttons, because i have a baby and a toddler. Apart from that, everything is alright, you will get the airflow you really looking for on a fan like this. it saves us electricity as we noticed compare to our 2 stand fans. I’m doing a review to help other expats like me here in UAE. Thanks to this company and more powers!
