This type of supplement – and I’ve tried many brands – has only one purpose: firmness. Beyond that, it’s only a matter of how quick, how firm, and for how long. These Vibestone capsules are ok on all counts. However, I’m not sure why I’d recommend them, because other brands work better for me. On the other hand, that's a very harsh judgement. My assessment is based on trying them three times, and of course it’s only the effect they had on me. So I've given them the benefit of the doubt, and four stars.

I'm a total skeptic about stuff like this until recently, but having tried Ginseng once I'm hooked. I haven't noticed much difference between different formulations of this type of pill. All have been pretty much equally effective. They take some time to become fully effective - after taking a tablet in the evening, I'd say the peak effectiveness was the following morning, although about 1h after taking it showed some effect. It did generate a lot of stomach acid - I found I had mild heartburn for 3 days - not really bad enough to be an issue, but if you have a sensitive stomach, use caution. Apparently drinking lots of water is key. The first pack I tried gave me a mild headache too, but this one didn't for some reason. The effects are noticeable for about 3 days after consumption - during this time I didn't sleep as well as normal either - too much excitement perhaps? I would caution against taking two pills too close together. Overall I found them more effective than the well-known pharmaceutical drug, in particular longer lasting effects and less harsh side effects.

I'm pretty cynical about the claims of "herbal remedies" so usually take a lot of convincing. After trying this capsule out I'm pretty convinced that this does have the necessary "magic ingredient". It took abiut 40 minutes to work - and hit a peak at about an hour - but stayed good for the whole evening over several more hours. yes you have to "plan ahead" but the long duration of activity makes that no real problem. The capsules are large but tasteless if you gulp them down in one with lots of water and don't let them dissolve in your mouth. They are in a "blister pack" to keep fresh - with a use by date 9 months ahead. Delivery was next day - and it came in a plain Amazon cardboard envelope.

Take one capsule on an empty stomach, which is usually an hour after you last ate, and take them an hour before your intended activity, take with plenty of water. It’s very important to keep hydrated after you have taken the capsules, especially into the next day, as you could get a headache if you don’t. I’ve not tried this brand of tablets before, and surprisingly the first time I used them, they had the intended effect, long into the next day as well. Now this is not to say they will have the same effect on you, but I stopped taking them and nothing miraculous happened that night. I took again the following night, and they worked again, so because of this I’m happy to recommend. Unfortunately they didn’t come with the usual long expiry date, but 8 months should be enough 👀
