Vinegar has enzymes in addition to its various effects. But I think one of two methods was probably used to make this product. It is clear that apple vinegar was powdered using either the so-called spray drying or freeze drying processes. By the way, it is unclear which method was used to make this product. If you used spray drying, which is used to make this product by heating, all the enzymes in vinegar would be dead. I wouldn't buy this product if it was made this way. Why is the manufacturer so quiet about the process of this product?

Was nauseous for 10 hours after taking one pill.

Absolutely perfect. Great for digestion, great for suppressing appetites (mildly), and easy to take. Don't expect the miracle from it but it helps you "will" to eat less, helps your digestion in very gradual way and I only take 1 pill in the morning with breakfast that lasts until late afternoon. Extremely satisfied.

used to take apple cider vinegar. for acid reflux. taste wasnt the best so thought try these. been really great . nothing coming up

Sadly I couldn't use these. They made my glucose levels drop too low. This would be a great product for a diabetic.

Bought this for lowering cholesterol as drinking the actual apple cider vinegar in water had made my teeth extremely sensitive and my dentist recommended taking the pills instead. They have a whiff of vinegar when you open the bottle which is great as it smells like real apple cider vinegar and nothing else. The pills also taste sour as soon as you put it on your tongue but that’s nothing compared to drinking the actual apple cider vinegar in your water, and as such makes it much easier to swallow and get the benefits from. I am not yet sure about the cholesterol but what I have noticed is much better digestion of my food, even better than digestive enzymes that I had taken for months prior to this. I also feel a reduced feeling of hunger and craving for sweets as apple cider vinegar feeds your gut bacteria and kills the fungi living in our bodies and hence your body will crave more nutritious food and will absorb more of its nutrients while on apple cider vinegar. All this said, I highly recommend these pills and this brand.

Way easier to take than apple cider vinegar liquid in water..
