I'm a big fan of Amazon Basics products - so far for me they have represented value products which are well made and work well. This lead is no exception with nicely fitting connectors at each which provide just the right grip and insertion force when connecting up kit to give the user confidence. I'd recommend this product.

Great quality

So i bought the 3.3 Ft extension cable 1 pack black, and dang i shouldve bought the 3 pack, this worked great, if youre like me and wanted to extend the playstation 5 controller charger wire just that bit more to reach, then this works and fast charges the controller. Out of 4 other products this was the only legitimately 1 that has worked and been working sonce i have had it, its been about 2 weeks now and still going strong, none of the other wires (you can see my reviews on them) worked atal. This does work on the playstation 5, i connected it from the actual playstation 5 on the front, then the charger wire into that end, this extended my wire over 7 Ft and it worked with fast charging and no problems. Reason why i write this if anyone needs a wire longer this is best method.

This is an unbiased review. This is a superb cable some manufacturers offer a flimsy lightweight and often low quality cables. However Amazon basics is synonymous with quality and this is no exception. The heads of the cables are firm thick plastic with absolutely no sign of warping and are so robust that I’m sure will last the test time. The cable itself is clad in thick rubber which was not as flexible as some models does provide extra protection and robustness. As a further benefit of the cable is very unlikely to kink due to its thickness. Where the cable meets the head there is a very secure joy of found that some cables come loose at this point whether this model shows no sign of this likely to happen. I replaced an older model with this new cable and I have to say there are no more dropouts on my USB external drive thanks to this cable unable to get the highest amount of data throughput. I would say that given the price there is nothing comparable for the type of quality you have here go ahead and buy one not be disappointed

These look well made with a fairly thick cable. They seem to work ok passing data between, for instance, my PC and phone. However, when trying to use them with the portable hard disks that I use for backups, some of the disks aren’t recognised (e.g a 1tb WD Elements) which suggests there is a power drop across the cable. I really don’t know if it is reasonable to expect a 1.8m cable to work with disks (though the blurb for this item suggests they will) but either way, I’ll have to return them.

Qui n'a jamais pesté contre les fabricants qui équipent leurs produits d'accessoires ridicules ? En l’occurrence il s'agit d'un disque dur externe WD Elements USB 3.0 avec un câble de 45 cm de long ! Cette rallonge est donc indispensable et change la vie puisqu'elle permet de connecter ce périphérique de stockage sans risque de chute intempestive. La présentation est de bonne facture et laisse augurer de la fiabilité à long terme : connecteurs plaqués or, câble épais et prise femelle gaînée. Il faut préciser que l'utilisation de cette rallonge ne perturbe pas la rapidité des transferts puisque le débit ne subit aucune dégradation notable. Je n'ai pas d'incompatibilité ni de dysfonctionnement à signaler à ce jour. Et ceci à un prix vraiment raisonnable!
