They are very nice. Pretty colors, they are true to size, and comfortable to hold while working on a project. I think the quality is great for the price. Edit January 5th 2025: these hooks are still great, I've tried all of them now and each hook is smooth and strong. My tension is very tight and I hold the hooks really tightly as well, sometimes I'm surprised that I haven't snapped the smaller ones, but they've held up through a lot, and besides my Tulip Etimo Reds and Roses, these are my favorite hooks, especially the 7 and 8 I use with my chunky yarn to make bigger plushies.

Most important is they are sturdy, full length standard hooks, not just tips stuck in a fancy handle. Sizes are accurate. Hooks are smooth with handle wrapped in a pretty floral material, each hook is a different color with coordinated wrap. I wouldn’t call them ergonomic, but the wrap helps your grip by not being slippery. Knitting is more my craft than crochet, but I will be using these hooks. Nice selection of sizes. A case would be nice. The psper box they are packaged in is not suitable for storage. My grandson crochets and it would be nice if these came in a plain color scheme for those eho want something less feminine.

I fell in love with the marble effect on the soft touch handles; it's truly beautiful. Unfortunately, I have arthritis and the padding is so thin I cannot use any of these hooks without more pain than I can stand. It's a shame because I really enjoy looking at them and would have loved to be able to use them. I'm going to put the set into a clear water glass and put it somewhere they can look pretty. Eventually, I'll probably gift them to someone who can actually use them. 5 stars for looks, 1 star for usability.
