Synergy Hand Paddles for Swim Training

Comfortable. Adjustable. Stays on well. I bought the XL size for strength training and loves them.

Great for pool training, sized as expected and great to target the lats and focus on technique. Very durable and easy to use.

Paddles are good. The rubber hand and finger / straps were cut too short and and too small of diameter for the holes. Had to keep tugging on the straps during my swim and tightening them. Not satisfactory.

A triathlon competed showed me how to use these paddles some years ago. They are effective, sturdy and comfortable. I have been using my set for several years. I recently purchased a pair for a teenager who is thrilled with her set.

I love the color of these hand fins, the purple and pink. They are durable and easy to adjust. I had a previous pair for 3 years and has no problem with them. I just lost a pair and had to reorder.

I love these paddles. I looked at other paddles but then went with these and have not been disappointed. I now have two pair. At first I thought the medium looked too big...but in wearing then they fit my hand perfectly. They are great to use while working on your catch and press in Freestyle stroke! It helps with entry and then the proper press.

I bought these for my boyfriend and I to use when we swim. Based off of his hand dimensions I figured that a large would be just right (I knew they'd be a little big for me even thought I have hands on the larger side for a female) when I received them not only were they way to big for me but they were also way to big for my boyfriend. The quality of the adjustable band is really nice and sturdy. I found that the bottom band falls at an uncomfortable location on my wrist/hand and my boyfriend seemed to agree as well. Overall the paddle seems really nice and sturdy and made of quality materials but beware of sizing.
