This Rubik's Cube is awesome! It is a perfected design of the original. I was never able to learn how to solve the cube until I bought this. I don’t know why this product is getting anything less than a 4 star review. Unless some lemons make it passed quality control? I received mine today and did not have to adjust the tension at all. I haven’t tried any other speed cubes but I was mixing and solving the puzzle as fast as I could and I couldn’t get it to break. Of course I wasn’t dropping or throwing it or forcing it to turn vertically when horizontally the corners aren’t aligned (when it shouldn’t be able to turn). There is a such thing as being overly aggressive with something delicate like a plastic toy. Some people are buying this for their young child who proceeds to drop/throw or force it to turn wrong out of frustration, then claiming it broke in the first hour and leaving a bad review is really not good at all. Parents need to have the correct mindset. Toys can be broken when kids get frustrated or are overly aggressive with them. In short, the speed cube works well, does what it’s supposed to do and did not break while being used.

It's smooth gliding and good quality. I did not like the colors first, because some colors were little similar to each other compared to normal colored cubes.
