I purchased the AmazonBasics 4G LTE Wireless Dongle, expecting a reliable and functional product. Unfortunately, it has failed to work as advertised. The device does not provide internet connectivity when a SIM card is inserted, even though the same SIM works perfectly in other devices. This clearly indicates a defect in the dongle itself. To make matters worse, I am unable to return the product or claim the warranty. Despite the advertised warranty coverage, the process to access it is either unclear or inaccessible, leaving me with no recourse for a defective product. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this product unless the seller or Amazon addresses these issues promptly.

I was apprehensive about buying this dongle initially after checking the reviews. Please note I've had this since Feb 6th. My broadband was/is having issues and I needed a solution. So I went and got a data card from Airtel and placed an order for this dongle. I received the product in time. Good packaging. Now, I was ready to use it. I turned it on. All the indicators came on but, no internet! So I figured the sim was not inserted right and got some help at home. Still did not work. I got frustrated. I went to the airtel store to check. Turns out, I had to use the adaptor that came with the dongle and I had the sim upside down!. The numbers have to come on top. Such a simple issue but it created problems. Once I fixed that, it works like a breeze I'll try to post a follow-up after a month or two. For now, it works well. Pros- easy to setup, light weight Cons- None yet

I bought the dongle last week and returned due to n/w connectivity issue. I have used my jio 5g n/w in the dongle. Ssid got displayed and I connected with the default password. N/w got connected and no internet .I have tried all the available option but still it did not worked. I opted for replacement and received new one today again the same issue persist in thai too . I would propose amazon tech team to analyse the issue and provide a document some where so that we could go through and troubleshoot.

It will not easily connect to my laptop

Such a waste product! Does not connect to the internet.

The product does the job but quality is not upto mark. This review is after using the product for 4 months. The Battery started swallowing and keep getting bigger.

The network bandwidth is normal. Could not handle even when 3 devices are connected but in the manual, it has been mentioned that it has 10 devices compatibility. Battery level indicator is worst. I can see all color indication - couldn't decide what is the battery level.
