It works for bowling too
I am a bowler, I use goat tape on my thumb and fingers for the first time Wednesday. It worked very well sticking and protecting my fingers. It was very easy to remove.

Best thumb tape and perfect size
The best pre cut thumb strips. Perfect size and good color too. Layer 2x for stronger/longer lasting results.

Great Quality
Good tape for thumb when bowling. Good quality and great adhesion. Bowled 6 games and tape stayed secured. I would recommend this Goat tape. I would have rated this tape a 5 but I think it's a bit pricey.

Convenient size for wrapping fingers
I am not using this for exercise. I'm using it for discomfort I experience in my fingers, especially my thumb. I had tried longer strips or a continuous roll of support tape however I found them clunky to work with and often had bits stick together when I tried to apply it. Even pre-cutting seemed to give a less than optimal result. I think maybe it has something to do with the edges being easiest to peel when they're intended to be peeled at that point rather than having been cut there. These strips are a perfect length for the way I wrap my thumbs for support when typing or doing household chores. I also tape two of my fingers. For them I cut the strip in half and use one for each finger. I have slim to average fingers and these lengths work for both fingers and thumb. I have left the tape on for up to three days. That includes showers and handwashing. I have not done dishes with the tape, but I have loaded the dishwasher then washed my hands. I would say the optimal length of use is two days, on the third day the edges would not stay secured anymore. I am pleased with the performance of this product for the way I am using it.

No easy to use
Not suitable for bowling but may do well with weight lifting or anther wrist grip. Hard to cut for finger adhesion
