Feature packed controller
If you are looking for a versatile controller then this one from EasySMX might be worth checking out. Not only can it connect to your PC, but also your Switch and your phone. The controller comes in a really nice illustrated box. It feels quite premium. Inside you have the controller packed in a blister. You also have dongle for you computer, a USB cable for charging and a user guide. The controller looks impressive but upon picking it up I was mildly disappointed by the feel of the plastics. They aren't bad but they don't feel as good as most OEM controllers. However the ergonomics are good. in terms of buttons there are the usual face buttons, with hall effect thumbs sticks and a D pad. The buttons all appear to micro switches. I am not sure how I feel about this. I typically like microswitches but they feel a bit "light". Part of me likes the clickiness. On the top you have the triggers and bumpers. The triggers are hall effect but can be switched on the underside to be mircroswitched. This is great as you can use the trigger for a racing game or switch it to micro switches to reduce travel. Perfect for FPS and fighting games. On the back you have 4 custom buttons that can be mapped and a mode select. Upon switching on it lights up with RGB including the buttons themselves. Pairing is really easy with a PC. And in use I noticed no latency issues. There is a rumble feature and while not the strongest it's good to have it. When all things are consider this is a pretty good controller for the money. Yes it would be nice if the plastics felt a bit better and a better D-pad would be welcome. But very few offer all of this for the moeny.

What a replacement, great quality, works beautifully, easy to use
I've not used my controller for a while so when I got it out to use last week, it was dead, not sure if the batteries have gone but nothing working. This was recommended to me for review and I snapped it up. What a great move that was. I gave it a good charge before use as I always do. The controller supports wired or wireless operations, has RGB lighting (Not my thing but its cute I have to say). There is so many buttons on this thing I found it a bit overwhelming initially, but now I've played with it its not quite so daunting. The sticks feel good and responsive and there is no drift, the main buttons are firm and fluid. For those that like bright flashing colours, this controller comes with some nice RGB backlighting, they can be altered through various keys on the controller. Its a low latency and it has mechanical switches too. There is slightly odd mechanism to get it connected to the included wifi dongle, but once its going its had no issues reconnecting again. Included is a USB C cable for charging the unit up. The sticks have easily replaceable caps which appear to be just held on with magnets.. so far none have actually fallen off which is good. The maker claims its compatible with PC, switch, Steam and Android devices. I recall the last time I needed to buy a wireless controller it was upwards of £65, this one is £39.99 which makes it significantly cheaper and thus far the quality is superb.

Works very well and the design is awesome
My son and I have been using this gaming controller with our Switch for a few days. My 9 year old son especially loves the design and size. He says the RGB backlit feature which the genuine pro controller doesn't have is really cool. And it fits perfectly in both his hands and my hands and is really comfortable to use for a long time. The controller works smoothly, and there's not much difference compared to the genuine Nintendo Pro controller we have. The battery also lasts long enough for our usual playtime and frequency.

Pretty good but..
A nice looking controller which is well made and very versatile with the supplied dongle, Bluetooth or USB connection options. It works very well but does have a few minor things that could be better. The rear buttons are nice to have but two of them are almost impossible to use, especially if you need to use the shoulder buttons at the same time, not a deal breaker as you can easily reach the other two rear buttons but they could have been better placed. There's no headset input, not ideal if you have a wired headset that you usually plug in to your controller. My controller has a slight rattle inside if I shake it, not a big issue and probably just a small piece of plastic but not ideal. Other than that the controller is great, tested with PC, Xbox and Switch with no issues. The buttons, d-pad and thumb sticks are very nice. It is very, very similar in size and shape to an Xbox controller. Rgb looks good. The trigger buttons are very clever, there's a button to change them from analogue to digital and it works very well. £39.99 feels a touch expensive for 3rd party controller but it is very versatile, if you need one controller to work for multiple systems then this could be the one for you.

I ordered this controller to replace my current OEM Xbox controller. Pros: What made me choose this were the extra M1-4 buttons on the back of the controller, as well as the extra QOL functionality and compatibility with multiple device types. Initial impressions are that this controller does NOT feel cheap. It feels more premium than my ORM Xbox controller. All of the buttons and triggers have a satisfying, but not annoyingly loud, click. The RT and LT buttons have a neat trick which allows you to turn either (yes - individually or both) trigger into a smooth, longer travel press (like the OEM Xbox controllers) or into a short travel press similar to the RB and LB buttons. This switch can be made in real time with a physical switch on the controller, located near each trigger but comfortably out of the way. You will not easily find yourself accidentally switching them to different travel. The color and vibration controls are intuitive and can be changed on the fly at any time as well with shortcuts built into the controller itself. You can also turn off the RGB if you want to conserve battery life or just isn’t your thing. The Hall joysticks are held on with a magnet, and easily are removed for cleaning by just pulling up. But I can confidently say there is no danger of the joystick head coming off when you don’t want it to during more intense gameplay. I attempted to push hard in all directions to see if this would happen and had no feeling that i could make it happen. Cons: If I had to make any suggestions for improvement, I would say…. The dedicated C (color) button and Screenshot button placements should be swapped with their partner buttons - Screenshot with Select and C with Start. This would make transitioning from using a traditional Xbox controller much simpler for more people. I’ve been using it for a few hours and have found that I need to retrain myself to place my thumbs a bit higher on each side of the controller to hit these buttons, because i keep hitting the C and Screenshot buttons which are located where I am already naturally activating the Select and Start buttons to be. The USB C port for charging and wired use is a great choice, but the port itself is recessed inside of a hollowed out area that makes some USB C cables unable to fit inside and connect to the port. It seems you either must use their included cable, which to be fair is of reasonable quality, or own another USB C cable that happens to be able to fit inside of the recessed hole that the port lives in. Just raise this port up to be level with the rest of the controller body so all USB C cables can be used. Small nitpick, but because of how the A, B, X and Y buttons display their letters, if I or anyone else (perhaps a person not as familiar with game controller layouts) needed to peek down and look at the button letters, it is not possible to read the letters on the buttons without tilting your controller to be directly facing your eyes. As in, they cannot be read properly from a diagonal angle, which most people tend to be relaxed back in their chair or couch with their hands down near their lap. So this means you MUST tilt the controller toward your eyes when looking down, opposed to just looking down. Making these more pronounced and readable from an angle would just be a niche but easy QOL change to improve the design, Overall, great first impressions and seems very much like a great value when compared with the competition - particularly from big brands like Xbox, Razer, etc.

Great value controller with Hall effect sticks and triggers. The controller has mech switches so the tactile feedback is good. One plus point no software required just plug and play. To change any settings just use the button shortcuts to adjust brightness turbo mode etc.

the controller Easy SMX X20 is packed with pro controllers features: mechanical face buttons (light to actuate with a bit of traved , reliably actuate after the click). Halleffect sticks (resistance is on the lower side , reviewers indicate that it have very small factory built in dead zone , detachable and you can change the hight but not much, they feel acurate and give joy to aim with ). D-Pad: (work reliably after clicking, i didn't try it but multiple reviewers rated the D-Pad as not reliable for fighting games) Triggers : (they work fine and perform fine , not as good as the elite series 2, it's a two way trigger , one mode works as a clicky mouse button and the other is analog) addition programable buttons and can be set to do mocros with a series of actions or can be assigned for other buttons. Torbo on the fly, just by pressing the turbo button plus the desired button . RGB light adjested on the fly with various options. note:the price of the X10 in germany is 10 euro more but in the us and the official website the x20 is actually 10 euro or 10 dollars more ! con 1: no didcated software so you are limited to the on boared programing . con 2: the 4 lights in the front keep blicking when playing wired but sometimes they don't maybe i am messing something here but that is annoying and distracting. con 3: i get disconnects when playing wireless like once every few hours but it reconnects immedietly , the dongle in connected directly to my PC , less than 2 meter away. it is doing so much good over the top for this price (40 euro) so even the cons so i am giving it 5 stars. Update after one month: there is a new firmware update from v1.13 to v1.19 , it fixes the D-Pad , the disconnecting problem not there anymore, the blinking lights are not blinking lights issue also fixed. I tested th aim on Aimlaps it is very good and the Gyro on PC is not really usable , because it intreduces a big input lag when activated. otherwise it is an amazing controller and i still recommend it

I purchased this controller for the first time about a month ago. In three days the RT button broke so I had to send it back. Now I've decided to give it a try again because over all I liked the controller I thought that I was just unlucky the first time. Well now they sent me a used controller in an opened package that was pretty dirty with someone else's fingerprints on it. And to make matters worse, it was also broken. The LED did work and Bluetooth was not connecting. I'll be sending it back again and will never buy anything from this brand again.
