These capsules are easy to swallow, good Methyl folate supplement. I started hearing about methyl folate in podcasts talking about health, so I thought I'd give these a try. They're very good, the other B supplements I used in the past gave me toxic levels of B12 or so my blood work showed, so I stopped them. Now that I'm taking the methyl folate the B12 levels in my blood are in a healthy range.

I was using the liquid form - but the pill form is easier now. This does give me some energy. I do notice a difference if I don't take it.

Over the years I have tried different methylated B vitamins and always felt they were somehow not right for me. My urine was always dark yellow and smelled really strong. I stopped taking B vitamins even though I have one MTHFR mutation. I even had verification using biofeedback, that the supplements I was using were not right for me. This brand is the first one that I feel good about, and I've had amazing changes to my health recently, but I'm not sure if this supplement alone is responsible for that. I also added other supplements in to my regimen at the same time. TMG which is supposed to complement methylated B, Hyaluronic Acid and pomegranate extract. Before starting this new program I was having memory issues. Forgetting names, and my speech was becoming more deliberate and slowed. Pretty much within a week, I felt sharp again. When I put something I was working with down, I could visually picture where I put it even hours later. Memory has come back. I feel younger. I didn't even realize I was experiencing brain fog until it went away.

I have purchased this item several times. I typically buy it at GNC. Amazon sometimes has it for a better price. Great item and must have if you have MTHFR.

I've only been taking this for a couple days, so we will see. So far it doing well. I have ADHD, I bought it to help with the winter blues and focus. It seems to be helping. I'll check back in a couple weeks for a more accurate review.

This is a miracle drug for me. I had suffered cracking at the corners of my mouth for years. Nothing made it better until I tried LMF. Apparently I had been Niacin deficient for years and even the Drs didn't suggest this. So glad I found it. It's easy on the stomach. Will order again!
