I've been using the Electrolux 11kg UltimateCare 700 (EWF1142R7SB) for about three months now, and overall, it’s been a solid performer. I mostly run mixed laundry loads and occasionally wash baby clothes. The SensorWash and LoadSensor features work as advertised—clothes come out clean, well-treated, and without leftover detergent marks, all with minimal effort. StainWash offers some improvement on tough spots, but don’t expect miracles. The spin cycle is excellent—clothes come out well-drained and dry quickly. Fabric care is generally gentle, especially for delicates, though low-quality fabrics can shed some lint. The build quality is excellent—sturdy and well-assembled. Installation was hassle-free, and the technician arrived on time. Noise levels are reasonable for a belt-driven motor, though not as quiet as LG’s direct drive models. Typical mixed program wash cycles take around 2 to 2.5 hours, which is standard. My main complaint is the load capacity on common programs like “Mixed,” which caps around 4kg despite the machine’s 11kg rating. It’s a common trade-off, but still worth noting. But if you are willing to use 1hour daily wash programs, you are good for the entire 11kg. For a household of 3–4 people, the 11kg model is a great choice—anything smaller might feel cramped. Customer service has been polite and proactive, with follow-up calls after installation. While the machine is on the pricier side, the performance, support, and build quality make it a worthwhile investment.

Electrolux is probably the only brand right now that imports machines from Thailand and the build quality is top notch. I am all in for “Make in India” but my experience with some other brands hasn’t been great since they started manufacturing in India. The only aspect that could improve is the installation service. After I raised a request with their customer support team, multiple technicians contacted me, thereby showing a lack of coordination. Eventually, the person who came for installation did his job well, so no worries.

Very Good product by electrolux. We have been using it from past 4 months, Washing quality is excellent, on ease of use and reliability issues we haven't faced a single issue.

I bought machine in May 2023. After some days of using this maching we faced issues in machine so i booked a call at service center of eletrolux on 2nd aug 2023 till date no one manage to come and call me back. Machine has still proble. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
