Great price and quality. It came with a whole chart of exercises and there are lots of workouts online for free. All you have to do is actually move your ass and do a workout each day. Start with 10 minutes and tell yourself you’re allowed to quit after 10 minutes. Once you get going you won’t stop!!!

Sembra un buon prodotto e forse lo è, lo vedremo con il tempo ma il primo ordine non è stato consegnato perché il pacco risultava danneggiato, rimborsato e il secondo ordine è arrivato con due fasce medium una light e Manca la high... Chiederò al fornitore e in caso aggiorno la recensione..
