I subjected myself to the pain of owning this product twice. Total pain in the ass they work sometimes but my staff constantly complain about them, leaving me, constantly, searching for a different solution. they’re not reliable.

This system worked beautifully right out of the box. Our servers are really pumped to have a discrete "order up" designation for their food orders. The customers are happy because their good gets delivered quickly while still piping hot and the management is happy to no longer here the "ding" of the Order Up bell!!! Thank you. Allen

They don't really work. They keep shutting off and resetting.

The transmitter is straightforward to use, and the wrist watch receivers are comfortable for our staff to wear. The range is excellent, covering our a wide range indoors and outdoors a pop-up shops. With this system, our staff is notified instantly when an order is ready, eliminating the need for shouting or using their cell phones, which can be a distraction. This has significantly reduced confusion and improved the quality and flow of service for our small business. Customers also appreciate the system. It allows them to relax and move around without worrying about missing the notification that their prepaid order is ready.
