This product contains Maltodextrin, the worst ingredient a protein powder can have, it has glycemic index of 110 nearly twice that of refined sugar.This will cause an insane glucose & insulin spike. I reached out to Carbomide Forte after confirming the product name they stopped responding. Please don't buy this product.
