I used this for the first time and I followed the instructions to leave on for at least a minute, and then I rinsed it out. When I was brushing through my hair and starting to dry it, it was extremely tangled as if all the product was not rinsed out, so I will give it another. Try to see if I made a mistake on the first time and not rinsing it out fully. I still have faith in this product!
