This is my 3rd ice maker from this mfg. I previously ordered EUHOMY Countertop Ice Maker Machine with...Size: 11.57"D x 11.42"W x 8.74"H twice!!!When that 2nd one failed I was done with trying ice makers. I looked back on Amazon and found this one. Although it is same mfg., double the price, I tried it. PEOPLE ,buy this one!!!!!It makes beautiful customised ice, big ice bin, timers, auto on auto off it has everything I didn’t know I needed!! I was ready to GIVE UP on THIS BRAND, but instead bought one step up and it was sooo worth it.This is the best countertop ice maker. 👏👏👏👏

This product performs exactly as described. The larger size, crescent shaped ice cubes are superior to bullet and nugget cubes made by other ice makers. For medium sized cubes, an ice making cycle lasts about 15 minutes and makes 12 cubes. Since the ice bucket that catches the ice cubes is not refrigerated, it is recommended to empty the bucket into a container in your freezer every 1-2 cycles to avoid some melting if the ice cubes.

The media could not be loaded. Very loud whirling sound ... puts dogs on alert. Sounds like when fan blades stall on a large industrial fan.It's not timed so it's hard to get video.

Works exactly as it should. We are very impressed! Easy setup, glad we chose this ice maker.

I love this ice machine! It has a cool backlight so you can see the ice, and it turns orange when you are low on water. The panel shows a countdown timer for when the next batch of ice is coming. The ice is good, and if I turn it off overnight I'll still have ice left in the morning.

Makes clear ice from just normal tap water. I filled up my 40 oz water cup. Had ice still inside after 24 hours. Oh my! This is the third ice maker I've bought, and it's the best.

The media could not be loaded. Very loud and makes whining weird noise ALL THE TIME!!!!! I don’t recommend this brand at all.
