I recently purchased this office chair, and I can confidently say it's a dream come true for anyone who spends long hours sitting at a desk. First and foremost, it’s absolutely beautiful—it adds a touch of elegance to my workspace. The soft cushioning feels heavenly and provides the comfort I never knew I needed. One of my favorite features is the built-in massage function. It’s a game-changer, especially after a long day of work. I also appreciate the leg rest, which adds an extra layer of relaxation during breaks. The remote control for the massage and leg rest functions is intuitive and easy to use, making it a breeze to adjust settings to my liking. And you can fully lay back in it heck I might sleep in it. As for the adjustable armrests, they work wonderfully, especially when using a standing desk. They can be easily modified to fit my preferred height, providing just the right support when I switch between sitting and standing. I initially bought a cheaper chair, but it didn’t have nearly as much cushioning or comfort as this one. The difference is night and day! While it’s true that this chair is a bit louder than my previous one, it’s a minor issue that I can live with considering all the incredible features it offers. Overall, if you're in the market for an office chair that combines beauty, comfort, and functionality, I highly recommend this one. It truly feels like the ultimate office seating experience! Also it came in faster than expected!

I recently replaced my old desk chair and I’m really happy with this one so far. The off-white color looks clean and modern, and it fits nicely with the rest of my desk setup. It actually made my home office look a bit more put together. The seat cushion feels soft but still supportive I was also pleasantly surprised that assembly was pretty quick — it took me around 20 minutes by myself.

I’d like to give this a 5 star but I’m taking off one start for the massage. It’s super comfy, sturdy, and well-made. I do love the foot rest as well. It’s super easy to put together. The leather is very soft and looks great!! However, if you’re looking for a chair that massages then you may want to consider another chair. At most, it vibrates really hard, not massaging at all.

I purchased this chair earlier this year. It lasted about a week before my back pains began. The problems started almost immediately. The back part of the chair is loose - so you never have a formidable back part of the chair. Its constantly dangling and upon loking at it, the char isnt bolted to the bottom of the seat - it just has metal springs. So by design - the back of the chair is NEVER going to be fixed in an upright position. Okay, well what about the armrests? Terrible. The right armrest just sinks down to the side as soon as you apply any pressure to it. The base of the chair is CROOKED. Sitting on this chair means you need to do in-place yoga just to just situpright. The massage is not a massage - its a vibrator for your butt. I spent $200 on it and they treated me like I spent $20. CS refused to take it back and gave me a tiny refund. This is not a serious product. If you care about your back - or your sanity - do not buy this pos.

The chair arrived when they said and I assembled said chair and it is a very comfortable chair. That being said the remote control arrived with a broken outer plastic case that I am trying to figure out how to get a replacement for without sending the the whole chair back as that is not needed, just need a new replacement control, that’s all. As of right now I have glued it back together and it is working for now.wish me luck.

I want to say this company is top notch. The chair never made it to me the first time, and Luna fixed that and shipped me out another one right away. I received it in I think it was three days. Delivered by FedEx, and the picture of the first delivery was not my house, sent Luna a picture of my porch for proof as I would expect a business would want some kind of proof, for a higher priced order. Luna was just wonderful to work with. Now for the chair. So far it is amazing. The settings are awesome, the quality is nice as well. The color just what I ordered. For the price and the service I would definitely buy from the company again. Don't hesitate to order this chair especially at the great price I received this one for. Company receives more than 5 stars but Amazon won't let me go higher. .one more thing if you are looking for a chair with those hard rollers going up and down your back this one is not for you. I didn't want those hard rollers going up and down my back. This chair is perfect, it is vibrating and does so in so many functions. The heat is amazing as well. You will enjoy this chair go ahead and buy one.

This chair is so pretty! I love the soft covering. I chose the off white. It is a little on the soft buttery color, not a true white, but still neutral. Very easy to put together. My husband did not even refer to the helpful video. He did not need to! The massage is very relaxing and along with the adjustable heat it is truly like a mini spa in my office. I suggest this chair to those looking for style and relaxation at the same time. Terrific quality for a reasonable price. The reclining option size fits well for me, 5'4", and my hubby, 6' both on the chubby side.
